1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the khelovip platform and its users. In this document, "we", "khelovip" and "platform" refer to the khelovipvip.cam website and its associated services. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered person who visits or uses the platform.

By accessing the platform, completing registration or starting to use any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change means the updated terms are automatically considered accepted.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The minimum age to create an account on the khelovip platform and take part in any casino or betting activity is 21 years. No one under the age of 21 may register on this platform.

Users must also be residents of Bangladesh and must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited. It is solely the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may create only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration — including your real name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and an active email address. Providing incorrect or false information may cause issues with account verification or withdrawals.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, khelovip may request documents to verify your identity. These may include a National ID card, passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your username and password strictly confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of their account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The khelovip platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise.
• The minimum deposit to claim a bonus is ৳500.
• If a bonus offer is misused or manipulated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• khelovip reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The khelovip platform includes several sections: sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and fishing games, among others. Separate gaming rules apply to each section.

6.1 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game or market. These limits vary by game type and market and are clearly stated within the relevant game or section.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical issue, khelovip reserves the right to make the best decision available in that situation. khelovip also reserves the right to correct any odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the official results of the relevant international sports governing body are used to settle bets. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khelovip platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure.

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation or any deceptive method.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or any automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or network.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to re-access a self-excluded account in disregard of the responsible gaming policy.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

khelovip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false or incorrect information at the time of registration.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Assistance will be provided to complete any valid balance withdrawal before the account is closed, though bonus balances may be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

The khelovip platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. khelovip is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors on the part of a third-party game provider.
